Musicians Derric Butler & Alan Dequina

Derric Butler & Alan Dequina join us at the EXPO for an afternoon of musical entertainment.  Alan is a singer and guitarist (electric & acoustic) Derric, drummer and precussionist. Their influences include Frank Sinatra, The Eagles, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Van Halen, George Benson, Doobie Brothers, Beetles, Rolling Stones, Prince, Aerosmith, Bad Co., America, The Cure, The Police, Duran Duran.

Musician Marc Beecher

Join Marc Beecher in the Sculpture Garden on Sunday afternoon.  Marc, keyboard player and accomplished singer, has been performing in the Phoenix area for more than 25 years. An accomplished musician, with a catalog of more than 1,000 songs.

Gary Meyers – Instrumental Guitarist

Gary Meyers began his journey as a self -taught guitarist at the age of 14. At this young age, his inspiration came from artists such as Ace Frehley of Kiss, Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen and Randy Rhoads. Gary quickly found that the classical guitar was his calling and after graduating high school, Gary went on to study classical guitar under virtuoso Masakazu Ito, who is recognized as one of today’s top guitarists, acclaimed by musicians, composers, conductors and critics for his mastery of the instrument and its repertoire.

Musician Paul McDermand

Paul McDermand began his musical career as a free-lance percussionist in the Chicago area. At the age of nineteen, he assumed the percussion duties on a popular theatrical production playing in one of Chicago’s downtown theaters. The show was called “The Magic Man,” and its star was another teenager, David Copperfield. When home in Scottsdale, Paul appears regularly at Tommy Bahama’s, Marriott’s Canyon Villas, and as a featured soloist with the Arizona Opry.Click below to hear a sample of Paul’s music.
