Frozen fruit bars

Ingredients
  • Yogurt of choice Greek, regular, vanilla, plain, flavored, etc.
  • Fruit of choice chopped into small slices or pieces
  • Optional toppings granola, sliced almonds, mini chocolate chips, unsweetened shredded coconut, honey, etc.
  • Wooden sticks and small cups or popsicle molds
Instructions
  1. Pour yogurt into top of popsicle mold or cup
  2. Add selected fruit pieces and selected toppings.
  3. Gently blend into yogurt.
  4. Add popsicle sticks or bottom of mold
  5. Freeze for a few hours until solid. Enjoy! Note: They can be stored in a freezer-safe, air-tight container.
